Strength-oriented. We’ll begin with a slow warm-up, building to an energizing peak of standing poses, and then descend to floor work. Pose modifications are offered throughout, allowing you to honor your practice and take what works best for you.

Almost all poses are active, offering a healthy challenge to build strength with focus and ease. Child’s Pose is always available at any time—we encourage you to find your sweet spot and listen to your body without over-exhausting yourself. Inversions may be included!
